Access Denied when trying to access most ATT websites

Hello,

Ive been trying to access ATTTVNOW.com but get an error that

Access Denied

You don't have permission to access "http://www.atttvnow.com/accounts/sign-in" on this server.

it also seems to affect different variations of ATT websites in general. att.com/internet att.com/esupport

This is extremely frustrating. ive tried differnt browsers as well as wiping cookies/cache.

Any direction to get this corrected would be greatly appreciated.

We understand how frustrating this can be and we're here to help you with accessing the AT&T websites! Please tell us what type of device you're using.

 

Have you tried to access the URLs form a different device? If not, please try it out on a second device like a phone and if you could, turn off the Wi-Fi and try it on your phone's LTE data network. Let us know your result.

Keep getting this response every time I try to login, does not matter what device I use. Nor does it matter what browser

They are randomly blocking within the US. I am in Oregon and am blocked. I have tried to contact them in various ways. They just don't seem to care. Front line phone people don't have a clue and are pointing the finger at the ISP. If AT&T cared about this we wouldn't be posting the same issue from 3 years ago. Search the forums, it is a known AT&T issue. They are blocking their own customers. Oh wait, I have Verizon service (Thank God), maybe that's why.

I'm still getting this and have tried ever solution. I ever have AT&T services and cannot access them. Like what is you alls problem? Do you not have enough Money?

Hi @Yerika,

Let us know if you are able to access https://www.directv.com/stream. It is the new link to access AT&T's streaming service. 

Also, try clearing cache and cookies to see if that helps.

No screw att they just took 220 out of my bank account after giving me a refund for 2 S21 Ultra 5G 512GB that I cancelled. And now are saying they need made any transactions with me but my receipts say otherwise. Neen on the phome since 6am trying fix this and its now 9am and they still are refusing to give me the money they took.

Yea just got done with a 4 hour call from 6am to 10:43 am PST for you guys to tell me that the money was refunded but my bank (whom was on the call as well) says you never sent the money back to me and that theres not transactions on my statements from ATT. However i have cancellation emails and Order numbers from the date of purchase on Nov 5 was mistaken earlier. And cancelled on Nov. 11 got refund same day Nov. 11 and now today Nov. 13 you took the transactions off and took the refunded money back from my Bank account. You may contact me at my disposable email [email scrubbed] but if its not resolved by monday I will be taking legal action because you took money from me 2 days after I cancelled and 2 days after i recieved my refund.

AT&T will never have my Family's again this is ridiculous and uncalled for.

Look for the thread having to do with the S21 Ultra 5G 512GB. Im done easting my time with you guys. I have been dealing with you about this and my services for at least 60+ hours on the phone and about 3 to 6 different departments more than 15 times all telling me they cannot help me but this department can and we'll no they couldn't. Those 60+ hours of my life i will never get back and neither will my daughter who didnt have me for the time I was on the phone for the past 4 or more days.
