6 Days and Counting without Internet and Phone
Beginning the 6th day of no phone or internet service with ATT. Not once has ATT provided an update after leaving my cell phone number with a CSR multiple times. When I call daily to find out when service will be restored, I am told “within 24 hours by 8am the next day.” Stock answer. As a customer for over 20 years, this is the most pathetic treatment I have ever seen with any service provider. If service is not going to be restored any time soon, just tell us. Using my cellphone hotspot is not okay since my ATT wireless plan will at some point cut me off for reaching a data limit. Thanks, ATT! Someone at ATT knows what is going on, just communicate it!
