Will Fiber internet EVER be available in my area?!
It seems that fiber internet will never be an option for me...I've been extremely patient but this is getting beyond ridiculous! In January, I was told by an AT&T representative that it would be available in March 2020. Yet, here we are in the middle of May and no one can tell me anything. I have "Internet 75" and get nowhere near 75 mb download via AT&T's outdated lines. Whenever an installer comes to my house, they comment on how horrible the current lines are...I live in (Edited as per community guidelines). Can anyone give me a real ETA?!

Sure... there is no official ETA. AT&T doesn't discuss future expansion of any services with the public or local employees. The AT&T rep that gave you a date earlier was likely repeating office gossip. You'll know fiber is coming when you see AT&T contractors laying cable in your neighborhood. From that time, expect 18 months to 3 years for service availability.
