Why such a hassle to get new service
I was literally on the phone for over an hour with support over an online order I placed for fiber service to my house. First they couldn't pull my credit, then they sent me to some authorization department. This lady asked me all sorts of weird questions. I finally said "Lady I have a 800 credit score just forget it I'm just going to stay with Comcast." What gives ATT you're not selling gold.
