Why is it so hard to see my order status page?

I ordered fiber over a week ago and it says package is shipped and all im trying to do is track my order but i keep getting redirected to the troubleshoot and repair site and says it cant access it over and over again.

Getting anywhere on this god forsaken website is a nightmare. Redirects and constant refreshes ending up nowhere.

I don't want to have to talk to an att rep everytime this happens, it's stupid and a waste of time.

I'm so close to just cancelling my order and getting spectrum just from this website experience alone.

Hi there, abilliondollarcompanycantfixtheirwebsite. Thank you for ordering AT&T Fiber Internet. We understand that you are having a problem with checking your order status. We can help you with that.

 

When you ordered AT&T Fiber, you should have gotten an email with an order number. The order number format should start like this: "XX-XXXXXXXXXX".

 

Using that order number and your zipcode, you can go to our Order Status Portal. Enter in the order number from your email and your zipcode, and click the button below, your order should be displayed. There will be a tracking number on that order. Use the tracking number on UPS.com or Fed-Ex.com, and you will see when your package should be delivered.

 

If you have a problem with that site, then we can investigate manually. Please update us and let us know.

I received my package without ever being able to check the status.

I tried everything I could think of: refresh the website, delete cookies, use incognito, another browser, another computer, my phone, restarting all previous devices, another wifi connect. None of it worked and just says can't access after 5 minutes of refreshes and redirects.

Honestly, it shouldn't be this hard just to access basic account things. I'll probably switch over to Spectrum. Say what you will about their speeds/service, at least their website can be navigated.

I wouldn't be taking any victory laps here, ATTHelp Aminah.  The customer looks like they're going to cancel service because the website is such a disaster.  Boggles my mind that AT&T can't get it together.
