Want to order fiber internet, ATT website is incorrect on availability
A year or so ago I had a few ATT employees knock on my door informing me of the new fiber internet that is available. I thanked them for informing me and told them that I needed to complete my contract with Xfinity before I could change services. I called ATT a few weeks later and they informed me that it didn't make sense that it wasn't available for my home. They opened an internal ticket but a tropical storm blew through a week later and I never heard back. However, when I go online to sign up for an account, it shows that my address is invalid.
I checked all of the addresses around me and they all have the ability to purchase ATT fiber internet. I am now at the point of wanting to change services to ATT's gigabit internet. How can I make this happen?
