Who do I call to request a upgrade to my internet?

Check availability and if it's available call customer service to place an order.
if not available there is no one to call to request fiber
ACE - Expert
It is available, you call AT&T to order fiber. However if not available then wait (possibly for years) or get another ISP as they have their own rollout plan.

When checking your address online as NEW customer, not existing, what is listed as best speed available?
The listed best speed for the address is what you can upgrade to. This ,any change over the next 5 years as ATT continues the 2nd 5 year fiber build out to reach 30+ million residential addresses with direct fiber by 2026. At that time roughly 50% of all ATT hardwired addresses will be direct fiber while the other 50% will have the same choices as have today in 2021.
