This New System Deleted my Unresolved Private Messages
Where are all my private messages regarding getting fiber ran instead of a copper line? I had a ticket number that was in these deleted messages and now I can't call sales to get this resolved. I keep getting a 404 error, not found...

it was all over the front page for weeks that this change was coming and all private messages would be deleted and to save them to your computer . they are gone and are not retreivable
