I was offered ATT fiber internet to my home when I visited ATT store in Irvine, CA 92620). I was scheduled an installation date and the guy installed it and it worked for few hours. I went and returned by old internet service thinking that was it. Hours later ATT internet connection was disconnected and people on phone didnt know the reason. I went to store they said they will look into it and call me back. No return call. Next days were Saturday and Sunday. No help. I go back to them over the weekend and they say they still dont know why there is an issue, but should resolve on Monday. OK, I wait till Monday. Still no internet. Now store people say, let me create a new account and it may work. No help.
I go back to them on Tuesday, they still dont have clue why I dont have internet. Now I go back to store asking to atleast give me an alternate until they resolve the issue on their side. The manager of that store is blunt and rude in saying "NO WE CANT HELP ANY FURTHER. we are calling customer care. the issue is ongoing and we cant help you more". How can a store manager is so blunt in replies? Is this the way you take care of someone who is without internet for 4 days because you sold him something which is not working?
I asked him to provide atleast a wifi hotspot until the issue is resolved. For that the Josh, manager says, "I cant give you anything free. You need to pay for it and I can tell you the rates". Really? Am I asking for free or am I asking you give me a temporary fix for the problem you created? For every question I ask, Josh says, "Sorry, we are trying out best. We cant help any further".
I didnt come to this store begging for free stuffs. I demand a good customer satisfaction. This guy is not fit to be an ATT store manager. Worst store in Irvine, CA. I read so many online complaints about this store. [edited for privacy – please do not post personal information]
