Reward card?

When I signed up for ATT Fiber, I was promised $200 ATT Reward cards, I have not recieved them. How do I get them?

Let's get you on the right track of claiming your AT&T Rewards Card @sk7007!

 The AT&T Visa Reward Card can be used everywhere Visa debit cards are accepted in the United States, US Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico.

  • You will be sent an e-mail or letter with redemption requirements within 6 weeks after activation of qualifying service.
  • Redemption is required within 75 days from the reward notification e-mail or mail date.
  • Your reward card will be delivered within 3-4 weeks after redemption. (NOTE: You must maintain and pay for the qualifying service from the date of activation through the reward card fulfillment.)

To start the claim process, you will need to do the following:

  1. When receiving your rewards claim number via email, you will need to access the AT&T Rewards Website home page. 
  2. Go to Access Your Rewards and enter the claim number along with your other information. 
  3. After completing your claim entry and info, the rewards card will be sent to your mailing address on file within 3 weeks after processing. 

If you have additional questions or require further assistance, you can contact our Rewards Customer Support at: 800.288.9983 which are available Monday through Friday 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. (CST).

Same issue for me. I have already been to the rewards center. I've already claimed the reward card. The tracking in the rewards center reflects a shipment date of Feb 22, 2024. 8 weeks ago now. Online agents can't help and they've just told me to wait. The card has an expiration. It cannot be used online either without verifying 4 digits off of physical card. What's the deal?
