No Response from Address Validation Case - AT&T Fiber - Need to Speak with Area Manager
Previously some months ago, I had opened an address validation case for AT&T Fiber Availability at my address. The initial call seemed to go well, and they ensured me they would get back to me. After calling back a few weeks later, they said no response yet, then eventually nothing. The neighborhood has been wired for many months and all neighbors next to me are eligible for fiber service on the same aerial utility pole. What's more, is that not one residential user has ordered the service despite having the ability to do so, as seen on the aerial fiber terminal all empty ports, covered in spider webs.
What's it going to take to get a hold of the Local Area Manager for AT&T Engineering in San Bruno 94066? Why are the higher tier teams so out of reach from the customer and completely disconnected from the sales teams? The infrastructure is there, and i just need the area manager and his team send a tech out to verify and green light in the database.
