New Construction House
My new construction house is in a semi-rural area. Both of my neighbors have AT&T Fiber internet, so I was interested in getting it as well. I called AT&T to request Fiber, and they said “Fiber isn’t available at your address”. I tried telling them both of my neighbors have it, and they again stated it wasn’t available. I searched my address in the USPS Address Lookup, and my address is registered. Can anyone help?

Both houses are beside me, one on the right, one on the left. I am not totally sure if they have underground or aerial. I am pretty sure it is underground.
I have an underground cable with AT&T flags in my yard for Fiber.
For the address service speeds, it says “an ATT account exists at this address”. It said all speeds available to choose.

My builder said AT&T came and ran a cable across my front yard for Fiber. I spoke to AT&T over the phone and they searched my neighbor’s address and they said “oh you surely are eligible to get it [fiber]”. I believe it’s because of my address not being registered. I just don’t get how it isn’t in the system if Amazon, and our mail comes.
