Internet upgrade options

I am working from home now due to the COVID-19. I want to upgrade my internet to the fastest setting, my phone, and also add a tablet to my account but I am looking for deals if applicable. how do I do that without doing a phone call because I use my phone for work as well and if I answer a phone call or make a phone call it will lock my account and I will no longer be able to access work. can I apply here online?

While AT&T employees do look at forum posts from time to time, we are here to represent the forum with our experiences as customers and do not represent AT&T in any official capacity with our responses and do so on our own time unpaid and off the clock. As employees we are not rewarded nor compensated to participate in these forums This forum is comprised of regular customers to communicate with other customers to offer advice and share experiences same as any other user Although there is a small team of customer care specialists that monitor the forums the sheer volume of posts are simply too many posts for these agents to respond to each one of them.

I think you should not reply if your reply is not helpful or at the least informational. If you do not like your job, please go find something you love to do because you sir/madam are not doing anyone a favor.

first off this is a customer forum not at&t , i love my job but participating in the forums is not, everyone in here are customers including myself, i don't see how my response wasn't helpful as the website is where you look at different speeds available and upgrade or secure new services. you wont get a response from at& in here as they don't read the forums and since you said you cant call that is your 1 and only way to upgrade unless you want to risk your health going into an at&t store
