Installation Of Internet & home phone service

This is a brand new service , wanted to switch from Spectrum. Appointment was last Wednesday. Tech did half of the work , he installed modem and unable to complete the work as he couldn’t locate the fiber optic. He said engineer need to come and do the work by pumping air. Called today and they do not have exact date for installation and we will need to wait till they do. They still put installation date may 23 when check yesterday and today changed to may 24. Did not get any definite answer got switch to customer service few time. Now I have device in my house , whole in the wall and not sure when installation will be done. Not happy..

Thank you Aminah, I have called that number several times. They have information what they see on there computer screen. No one can give me definite answer. As per all of them they are working on it and they do not have any control on there engineering  & installation dept ( that is 3rd party ) We are there on books and they keep pushing the date.

You just have to wait. Engineering doesn’t communicate to customers when the repairs are made. The install system will assign an install date once the repair is made. Check weekly and keep spectrum service until att install is scheduled. Or cancel att all together and attempt to get service later.
