I signed up for fiber. they gave me uverse too
I signed up for Fiber but they gave me U-Verse and Fiber and are charging me for it. I cannot reach anyone on the phone...been on hold for hours. I also cannot find a way to chat with a real person...just that stupid auto chatter. Any ideas on how to get this fixed?
