I signed up for fiber. they gave me uverse too

I signed up for Fiber but they gave me U-Verse and Fiber and are charging me for it. I cannot reach anyone on the phone...been on hold for hours. I also cannot find a way to chat with a real person...just that stupid auto chatter. Any ideas on how to get this fixed?

I have been on hold literally for hours waiting for help on this. Chatting gets me nowhere. YOu guys keep using that dumb auto chat feature that answers questions not asked. I have not been able to reach a real person either online or on the phone. This forum was my last choice...
