I got scammed.
Last month, I started atnt fiber 300 service.
I signed up the service through the atnt website online chat.
The agent promised a $250 reward card.
I have contacted customer service more than 20 times. They said they couldn't find the promised reward in my account. I think I got scammed. The agent name is Sheldon, who helped me sign up for the atnt fiber service. I also have the chat history with sheldon but nobody want to see the evidence. all customer service agent said, other department can solve this problem. who can resolve this problem?

ATT Reward Center….
have you checked if have any rewards to redeem?
may need to wait requirements, often 30 days, before can redeem.
Most receive reward in 8 to 12 weeks after service established

Our AT&T reward center will be your best route to take to get this reward dispute resolved. We do see that you have posted a screenshot from the reward center portal, which was provided by our ACE, my thoughts. Thank you for providing the reward center portal.
Since the portal did not show any rewards, then you will need to contact them. The phone number to reach our Reward Center is 1-800-288-9983. They are open from 9am to 6pm (CST) Monday through Friday.
Please update us and let us know if you get this dispute resolved.
