I canceled an order and was delivered anyways.

I canceled a fiber order and talked to customer service and was told everything was canceled but yet I received the equipment in the mail I don't want it I'm not paying for something I canceled

Hi there, Joey1313. We understand that you canceled your fiber installation with us, but your installation equipment has arrived. We can help you with that. 

 

That normally happens when the shipment is already in transit. The best recommendation, is that you take the package and your email confirmation of the canceled order that has your account number on it, to a UPS or FedEx Corporate store, and they will ship the package back to us. There is a guideline that you do need to know about: 

 

  • Want to avoid non-return fees? Make sure to send your undamaged equipment back within 21 days of the service change or disconnect date.

Please let us know that you were able to return the equipment.
