How do I order the fiber my tenant is receiving?

I can't find anything on the website that shows better than 6 Mbps Internet, which I'm getting now as ADSL. My tenant has a big fiber loop in our common utility closet and a router or switch to convert it to twisted pair, covered in "property of AT&T" stickers. How do I get that? I can PM a moderator photos of the equipment with the address on the stickers.

Hi @mpa-it,

Thank you for your interest in AT&T Fiber!  From everything, you have mentioned, it does sound like fiber is on its way to your neighborhood.  We do have some helpful resources which help verify your service availability.

 

First, this one will be to check the unified availability for services.  The U-verse Welcome Center provides details about the services as well as its availability locations.  You can review this forum about possible reasons why your service is unavailable in your location.  Please sign up to be notified when AT&T Fiber is available for you! 

 

If the service is available, you can order it from these links.  If service is not available, we would suggest signing up for the availability notification from previous link.  This next site will describe AT&T’s future plans for Fiber Network expansion.

"The sign up to be notified" takes me to a page with a couple of low-speed "bundles" and no way to sign up to be notified when fiber is available. There's a red error message reading, "The service you checked isnt available at your location. The following services are available.."

We can direct you through the steps, @mpa-it.

 

Once you select the 'Notify Me' button, input your home address and email address. You will then reach a page that says "We have some other options, but the offer you selected us not available at your address.". Once here please scroll to the bottom of the page and select "Notify me if other AT&T services become available".

On this page you will input all of your information and select 'Submit'. Please let us know if these steps help you sign up for notifications. Talk to you soon.
