Home across the street has AT&T Fiber but I can't get it
The home across the street from me has AT&T Fiber 1000/1000 and I do not have access to anything but AT&T 25 Mbps DSL. I will pay for the construction of the fiber circuit (yes I know the cost of fiber circuit installations), but I can't for the life of me get anyone from AT&T to talk intelligently to me. How do I make this happen?

It is not about the home across the street but about the homes to your immediate left and right on same side of street… what can they get?
Willing to move to one of the 15+ million existing fiber addresses?
Have $100,000 to spend to have ATT DEDICATED FIBER, installation and 3 years of service with 1:1 fiber connection speed likely 100/100… 10/10 starts around $550 per month, expect around $2100 per month for 1000/1000.
Or wait to see if your address will be part of the next 15 million fiber addresses being provided from 2021 to end 2025. Start of 2026 should have about 50% of all hardwired addresses (30 million out of 60 million) within ATT 21 state footprint with direct fiber.

Homes to the left and right of me only have AT&T DSL. My business has AT&T dedicated fiber and we did not pay for the installation of it. It does not cost $100,000 to install a fiber circuit to my home from your node. I got a quote from Yomura Fiber to run 7km of fiber to my home and the quote was only $150k. This would be for 10 Gbps symmetric service, dedicated (1:1 contention ratio) at $999/mo.

Just because Yomura quotes a different price doesn't mean the estimate for AT&T is wrong. They are different providers. And you quoted more anyway at $150,000 ($150K) vs 100,000 (100K).
If Yomura works for you then go ahead. Otherwise you have your other options. There is no guarantee on when or if AT&T Fiber will be available at your address.

The quote from Yomura was based on specific information. The quote from AT&T on this post was pulled out of a hat. Anyways, not sure what I was expecting to get out of this post.

Pulled of a hat? What makes you say that? If you are doing so based on Yomura's quote, then that would be wrong as different providers don't have to provide same costs.
