Go Fiber Get $250 Giftcard SCAM - second post
This is the second time I've had to post this. My last post was closed before I could get back with AT&T. They make it next to impossible to resolve. They went quiet on me for 2 days, I checked the status Friday, they tried to hook up with me over the weekend, but I didn't see it until today. And they closed my request and told me when I commented on the thread, that I would have to repost. This is ridiculous! So here it is AGAIN. @ATTHelp please contact me.
I waited months for my giftcard to arrive. When I finally got through to customer support, I was told I waited to long to contact anyone and that they couldn't do anything about it. I've been a loyal customer for over 20 years and that's all they can do, is say, sorry ma'am.
And on top of that I spent 2 hours on the phone with 3 different people. I just want what was promised. Good way to lose a long term customer! @ATTMobilityCare
