Gigapower
Why is GigaPower not available at my house, but the "less affluent" areas in Raleigh have VDSL upgraded to fiber?

GigaPower is still very new to U-verse. We still only have 2 market areas in Texas, and just launched (literally 2 weeks ago) in NC.
For now, it's pretty much limited to 1 central office. As it becomes more and more stable, it will become available in other areas in Raleigh.
I provide support for technicians on GigaPower accounts. So far the installations in Raleigh have gone smooth, a few customers got some delays as the lines weren't ready, but mostly went well. Stay tuned, it's coming!

Since you seem knowledgeable on Gigapower rollout, do you know how the rollout is going in Miami? Is this service eventually going to be widely available in Miami? Or is this only for a few select locations in the city?

I've had fiber in my yard since mid-July still no service. There simply is no rhyme or reason to this deployment in the triangle.
