Gigapower Fiber Static IP Block - How to Order?
I recently placed an order for fiber connectivity in Austin. I subsequently contacted support through chat. After 5 people that told me they added the block to my existing order.
On the day of my scheduled install the tech came out and realized the pre-install team never ran the fiber from the tap across the street to the demarc on the side of my house. He placed the ticket for that and waiting. In the meantime, he checked my order and said he didn't see the order for the static ip's.
I called earlier this week and another rep said actually I had to reorder my entire fiber service which I declined to do. When I called today, I spoke to 3 people since no one seems to no who handles the ordering of this. After the third person was investigating, I was disconnected and despite them having asked for my call back number, there was no callback.
Is there a specific phone number, department to ask for, email address or webpage where I can actually get a static ip block added to my order? I am happy to PM my details accordingly.
