Gift Card Not Recieved

Signed up for the AT&T fiber 300 plan and was told I’d get a 200 VISA gift card. A month and a half went by and still nothing in the mail or my emails. I called the reward center and the lady had said she could give me a 200$ Walmart gift card instead so that’s better than nothing. Still haven’t received that either and was told I could track it in 3-5 days on the reward center and still comes up as I don’t have any rewards.

Um AT&T doesn’t give out Walmart gift cards as far as I know.

I was promised a $50 gift card by upgrading to fiber by June 30, 2022. I did so, but now they tell me I am not eligible for the reward because it was not "authorized."

This is a deceptive business practice. I am going to write to the Wisconsin Attorney General to see if their consumer protection unit will handle this case. Prosecute to the full extent of the law!

Same here.  This needs a (filtered by bot for saying klasss_acction_llllawwsuiiltt when I really mean it) Signed up in Dec and promised $300 in rewards card.  No sign of it so I called back to check status.  Escalated with cs/rewards center/billing 6+ hrs, all telling me my phantom rewards have expired.  So their tactic is either tell customers they have to wait or they are no longer eligible.
