I live in Houston area, zip code 77021. Our internet has been down for over 3 days. We called the "Digital Assistance Center" and it expressed the internet is down in the area. What is the deal with this? When can we expect to have internet up and running? Does att pro-rate our bill for the month? as well as, compensate for our use of phones at home, using our data plan while internet is down?
