Fiber not available at my house, but is just a few houses down the street
I can see by your coverage map that Fiber Internet is offered about 10-12 houses from me, yet I cannot get it. I am desperate to terminate my Comcast service due to many issues of them being extremely "shady" with their ethics and billing discrepancies. That is the nicest way I can put it! What would it take to get a fiber connection run a few houses down the street, so I can finally rid myself of the constant nightmare that is Comcast, and actually receive a better service for a set price that may even be slightly cheaper. Regardless, I would pay extra just to switch to AT&T; however, it shows I can only get 25mbps at the moment which just won't work for me. Because Fiber is already in eyesight of my house, is there any possibility of running it a short distance so I as well as a few of my fellow disgruntled Comcast subscribing neighbors can get the Fiber service which is the only thing missing between having myself and every surrounding neighbor of mine becoming AT&T customers. Please help us!!!

is a brand new elementary school opening in the neighborhood at the start
of the nest school year (4 months). It's going to be the nicest, most
modern public school in Charleston. People are literally flocking here for
that reason alone. There will be countless new resident (all within
eyesight of Fiber supported houses that will certainly want it themselves.
As I said, Comcast is the only other high speed option at the moment, so no
is a very ripe time to lock all of these new resident into 2 year
contracts. Even if they don't have this personal vendetta that I do with
Comcast, Your prices are better and your product is superior. It is a no
brainer...unless they don't have your service available to them unlike many
of their neighbors. Im not just saying this to try to con you guys into
running Fiber just s I can get it. Look it up online. Tanner Plantation
in Hanahan. New Elementary School to open next school-year. Resident
flocking to these developments in hopes of getting top notch public
education for their children. I bet the school doesn't even have a
provider as of now!

The U-verse Welcome Center provides information on the services and its available locations. You can visit this forum for possible reasons why the service is not available in your area. Please sign up to be notified when AT&T Fiber is available for you.
