I have tried too many times to get ATT to provide info and status of Fiber Internet Service in my area, why can't I get a simple answer?

The company is continuing the 2nd 5 year build out schedule to end Dec 2025. The goal is to add 3 million residential addresses each year within 21 state footprint, to reach total of 30 million or 50% of hardwired addresses within footprint.
An additional 20% to 25% will be fiber to cell towers 5G.
ATT is spending $24 billion in both 2022 and 2023 with $20 billion expected in 2024 to bring total fiber reach to 75% of total footprint. The 2025 budget has not been announced but would likely be another $20 billion.
