Fiber installation

I just moved to a new house, I have att fiber in front of my house but the technician came and said that he can't do the installation due a concrete area next to te house. So I wanted to ask about it, I don't know much about fiber, that's why I want to know why exactly he couldn't install the fiber. I can give photos and videos

The tech cannot install a temp line over a traveled area such as sidewalk, driveway, patio, etc.

Are you the house on the left or the right?

For the house on the left, a line can easily be placed to the utilities side of the house by the power meter, in fact looks as if a NID is already installed to lower right of the power meter.

Therefore you must be the house on the right....

How would you install a line from the box is the pic, likely is the flat box on ground in front (left side) of the one you circled. Where are your connections coming into the house?

Is there a basement?

Could the tech run a wire to your side and bring into the house before reaching the fence area. In effect on the opposite side of the existing meter by the plants?

Is it possible for the tech to install the fiber NID outside the fence, drill a hole into the house and mount the ONT and gateway placement there?

Of course, I just want to know if there's any way to install att in my house, I really don't care if it's needed to drill a hole through the wall to do it

Thank you for share the amazing information and you are right if it's needed to drill a hole through the wall to do it and I clearly say that some of the connection is a no basement as per my experiancemnt. I implement the connection because I want to need high connection internet because of online chattings like Facebook, ometv, Instagram, Chatroulette, omegle, youtube surf, upload video and more.
