Fiber availability near me
New homes near me are being equipped with fiber. When will att roll out fiber to already existing homes in my area? It seems they have the infrastructure built, all new homes and even existing apartment buildings have fiber. City is Hanford, CA

Unknown, the company is expanding fiber at rate of 5% of hardwired footprint within 21 states or 3 million per year.
The 3 million includes all new construction, upgrading apartment / condo complexes , and existing single family homes.
SOME observation are population density, aerial over buried, existing FTTN (current speeds of 25 to 100.
By 2026 50% of addresses will have direct fiber (30 million out of estimated 60 million).
ATT is spending $24 billion in both 2022 and 2023 with planned $20 billion in 2024 for fiber infrastructure. This is $68 billion in 3 years not counting what they have spent since 2016 to 2021 to provide fiber for first 18 million residential addresses.
