Deceptive Sales Practices
I was convinced by one of the ATT phone reps to upgrade internet to the $85 a month service versus the $55 one I was planning to purchase. He told me that I would be getting a $400 reward card for this level of service. My reward card only ended up being $200. This was the level that came with the $55 a month service not the $85 service I agreed to for the $400. Your sales reps LIE to customers in order to receive a higher commission on the products they are selling. Tried calling the reward center to speak to someone and was on hold several times for over two hours and never was able to speak to anyone (the line hangs up automatically after a long period of time). No wonder the hold times are so long you probably have every person you trick calling in to complain. Ridiculous!
