Credit Check Error?

Hi Forum,

I've spent the entire week trying to get Fiber Internet.

Day 1: attempted twice online, told to call. Called, informed it may be credit freeze. Unfroze all credit bureau accounts.

Day 2: attempted twice online, told to call. customer service attempted once, told me to wait 24 hours and try again.

Day 3: attempted twice online, told to call. tried AT&T chat and they attempted once, failure. called customer service and they attempted twice, told me to wait 24 hours and try again.

Day 4: attempted once online, told to call. customer service did not understand what my issue was after explaining the situation, disconnected the call.

Day 5 (today): attempted once online, told to call. Called and explicitly asked for the credit and activation department. customer service asked if they could first try to process. attempt failed. I was transferred to an "agent only" credit help department, told they could not help customers. transferred back to customer service, told they could not help. call disconnected. Called customer service again and asked for credit and activation. placed on hold indefinitely, had to disconnect to go to work.

How can I find out what is blocking my credit check attempts? I am lost.

btw, I have called every single customer service number that AT&T has, with no help. That can't be the answer lol.

Thank you!

call and say cancel at the voice prompt that will get you in contact with retentions that have more tools at their disposal, if that doesnt work file a BBB complaint which will result in a call from at&t office of the president
