Check Availability site broken for my street - Mills Rd Jacksonville, FL
First we had an AT&T person go door to door back in November 2017 with an AT&T truck notifying all on my street that AT&T Fiber had just been completed but that it might take a few weeks to show up on the "Check Availability" site. He didn't try to sell us anything just notified us plus with the truck I can only assume he was legit. Sadly the site still doesn't show it is available but here is why I believe the site is broken or (far from accurate).
I have 24Mbps AT&T U-Verse DSL at ***** Mills Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32216 but my neighbor at [edited for privacy-please do not post personal or unique information such as but not limited to full names, employee ID numbers, email addresses, phone numbers, account numbers, etc.] Mills Rd (same telephone pole) shows "No Internet" available when you put their address into the "Check Availability".
I began checking a few of my neighbors that have told me they have Comcast and so far none of them show AT&T U-Verse as available but I have it and it works most of the time.
Could someone PLEASE update the "Check Availability" for Mills Rd Jacksonville, FL and please find out why AT&T was working up and down my street for a few days before telling us home fiber was available ...6 months ago but still nothing? Sounds like a lot of money was spent but sadly due to some error inputting it, it was a waste of money adding infrastructure that no one is able to pay to use.
Thank you.

someone isn't updating the information timely or at all it is left
incorrect.
Maybe AT&T will send someone to the area to try to install fiber only to
discover they already did and then maybe it will get updated.

I was really crossing my fingers I had found a way to communicate my issue to AT&T as a company but obviously they are so big they could have a broken leg and never know it. VERY SAD!
