Can't Get an Answer Regarding Availability
Two or three months ago, ATT wired all the units in my apartment complex for fiber. After they installed it and came back again to check line quality, I assumed I was good to go. But, the ATT website sill says it isn't available at my address. The apartment said to contact ATT regarding when it would be available. However, when I called customer service, they could not find anything that indicated when it will be available. I even tried the chat online route and also didn't get an answer and was told to call and talk to a customers rep. Typical frustration when dealing with customer service. Anyway, don't know where to go from here regarding getting a status of fiber availability at my location. Wanting to get off my current internet provider asap.
