Can't do a credit check

I have excellent credit, and have had ATT service before. However, I have a credit freeze which I keep on all my accounts after having had ID theft.

 

I am trying to sign up for ATT service online. I get no option for either speaking to someone or skipping the credit check and forwarding a credit (which would be fine).

 

Help?!

The big 3 credit services allow for a temporary unfreeze (you set the start / end date) so you can do things like this. That's what I did when I signed up originally, just unfroze them for one day.
