To get started, we suggest that you fill and sign up  for Our Service Notify Me Form, to get notifications when service becomes available at your address.

We also suggest that you check your address for Service Availability, by entering your home address.

The fiber infrastructure has already been set up in my neighborhood. It's been about a month now. How long after the infrastructure is set up does it take for them to turn on service? I wish I could post pictures, the utility cabinet is literally about 10 yards from my house and pods/nodes are set up in my backyard.

Thank you so much for answering my question. This is a new subdivision and I know for sure the 3 block radius where I live there is a huge demand for the service. The techs who came out to install residential phone service for existing customers were asked to install internet as well. The cabinet near my house is the large double door cabinet you spoke of. If there is a way to send them I took pictures of it.

Is there a way to let sales or engineering know that there is no ISP at all in the area and there is a huge demand for the service where they just built their infrastructure? I know there is a policy against posting personal information openly in the forum. I can share the pictures and information with you if there is a way to send it privately. It's really dire, residents have been here for over 2 months with ISP services.
