AT&T U-verse: Rewards program did not issue to $200 Visa
Had U-verse installed in November. Did not receive my $200.00 rewards VISA. Called back in February to let them know I had not received it; stated it was coming. Called back in May: same thing. Called today: 5 1/2hrs later received the number to the rewards department. Had no idea a rewards department existed. Anyway, since it's been over 120 days the rewards department is unable to issue the gift card. I explained that I can't make them mail me the card. So since AT&T has not honored their end of the bargain; I should not be charged an early termination fee; so I can go with another provider: right?
