ATT Fiber
I had an ATT technician verify that I have Fiber available at my address but the computer system is not showing it. Customer service is unable to override. Who do I speak with to get this corrected?

You call and request an address Validation case be opened, given a case number with response in 3 to 5 weeks. If found by engineering to have service records updated will then be able to order service.

I was just informed that AT&T is replacing the fiber optics line in my neighborhood as guys from J&S Underground (contractor for AT&T) are digging two giant hole in my yard. None of the workers speak English. There was no notice of this repair at all. I spend a lot of money and time on my yard and there is no way that these guys are going to make it look the way it did before they started digging. My address is 2481 Hathway Circle Wichita KS. I would like for someone from AT&T to call me at 316-208-3991.

This is a customer to customer forum. Not Att support. If the digging is in a public easement, they have the right to dig there. Fix the landscaping to your liking when they are gone.
