I had an ATT technician verify that I have Fiber available at my address but the computer system is not showing it. Customer service is unable to override. Who do I speak with to get this corrected?

You call and request an address Validation case be opened, given a case number with response in 3 to 5 weeks. If found by engineering to have service records updated will then be able to order service.
