AT&T Fiber Promotion

At my current address, AT&T's 1 Gb fiber internet is available. My concern is whether I will be locked into that 12-month contract (i.e., promotional rate) if I subsequently move during that period to a new address where fiber is not an option. Will I be switched to a different AT&T product (if available)? And what happens if there are no alternative AT&T products available?
