AT&T Fiber is buried in my yard, when can I expect service offers?
In June of 2021 AT&T buried fiber on two sides of my yard (corner lot) and installed an underground junction in my neighbor's yard across the street. I have been waiting patiently and checking the AT&T Fiber Availability website monthly but after an entire year I have not been able to purchase AT&T fiber. Others in my neighborhood have already been able to take advantage of AT&T since the fiber installation. Should it take this long to get fiber after it's buried?

It can, especially with all of the supply chain issues plaguing fiber equipment since Covid not to mention significant labor shortages for the field techs who do the various parts of these projects.
We've seen a lot of stories about "across the street" fiber where AT&T decided for some reason not to service the other side.
We usually suggest you use the availability page to check a few of the neighboring addresses on either side of your house (on the same side of the street) and see what sort of picture you get for where the fiber is and isn't.
