Att did not give the promised reward
Att promised a $250 reward, however, they did not give my reward after many calls from my side.
Finally, they sent me the reward but for $150. again, I tried my best to connect on this issue with them.
Now they say I have passed 120 days since account activation and they won't' be able to do anything on that. In my earlier calls I was no way told that I have only till 120 days since activation and they gave some reason and kept postponing my request.
Once the 120 days passed they simply deny with the fact that the account has passed 120 days.
They tricked me into switching with a false offer and tricking customers.
