AT&T did not deliver reward cards as promised
I signed up for att fiber in Dec 2021. I was promised 3 reward cards for $50, $150, and $250.
I contacted the chat support from my account several times after 6 weeks of installation and they promised that it escalated and I will get the cards soon,
In March 2022 I got an email to claim only $50 and I did.
I again contacted at&t support and they said it's escalated and will be taken care of.
I called them again today (june 2022) and they provided a new customer care number ,when I called them and repeated what happened, they said 4 months past and this needed to be compensated through other means,. So when I contacted at&t customer care again they said I need to contact rewards center again,
1. at&t not providing something not promised to new customer
2. Different teams instead of working between them making fun of customers and asking them to call several customers care.
please advise what the will be the next step, I am thinking about canceling at&t switching back to Xfinity. it's not about the money but how I was treated as a new customer in at&t.
