Applying for new internet services
I have applied to get the home internet but it’s stating that I owe $805 for direct tv from 2017. I never had direct tv in 2017. The last time I had direct tv was in 2012 and that bill was paid in full before I moved.

As that is for an unauthoirzed DirecTV account, they have their own form as well. www.directv.com/notmyaccount
You will need to use either AT&T's Global Fraud contact or the specific DirecTV one. This is a public forum of other customers so we can only provide guidance. The official help team can only direct you to reporting the fraud/identity theft as well as that must go through a specialized department.
