Anybody lied to about $100 Visa card?

I signed up for att fiber 300 and was told I would receive a $100 visa pre paid card. It’s been a while so I called today to ask about it and they told me there was nothing attached to my account about it. After telling them I wanna speak someone in charge they transferred me 3 different times all of them saying the same thing that they see nothing about it. Then someone told me that the offer expired 4 days before my installation date so I’m not eligible. But I’m looking at the same offer right now that goes on for another 3 weeks from today... honestly I’ve seen so many others saying similar things I’m discusted with att right now. It was a shady scam for many.
