All my neighbors have AT&T Fiber except me. Created multiple tickets but no resolution

I am looking to transfer new services to my new address which is in a new neighborhood. Everyone in my neighborhood has fiber except my address. After speaking to the builder AT&T fiber is the only internet service in my area. All my neighbors have AT&T fiber. I have created multiple tickets and escalated with supervisor with tech team but heard nothing back. My home builder confirmed AT&T is the only service available in this area. It is really frustrating at this point and I'm not sure how to get some attention from AT&T. I work from home and internet is everything for me.

I have exactly the same problem and after providing all the details including ticket numbers to AT&T, there is dead silence. I mean if it is  so hard for AT&T to even reply, fixing the problem appears to be a long shot. disappointing service.
