Advanced Payment

My name is Kevin. I recently ordered AT&T Fiber internet and had to pay $100.00 in advanced because I have no credit score as I barely just made a bank account. However, that advanced payment was supposed to go to my first bill, but now I'm still being charged a full month payment and not even a month has passed. I'd appreciate the help.

$100 upfront is a credit management fee, not to be applied to your billing.

ATT bills in advance of usage not after thus should receive in effect (2) bills as first bill. The rated portion of current billing cycle PLUS the next full month bill.
