Address Validation Case

Hello,

 

Fiber has been run in my neighborhood and neighbors are ordering it.  Across the street and to the left of me.  However, my address does not show online as being able to order fiber service.  I already have Uverse 100. 

 

As I think this is an error in the database, can you please help me open a Address Validation Case?
