ACTNOW Promotion

I qualified for an extra $100 gift card with the ACTNOW promotion and I’ve already received the redemption email for the first gift card but now I can’t find any mention of that promotion and I’m feeling kind of conned.

The rewards center doesn’t show that reward. I have the screenshot of my ‘cart’ when I ordered my service and that promotion was added automatically so it’s not that I didn’t qualify. Could it still be added at a later point? I know it says up to 6 weeks, but the first gift card posted within 2 days, which spurred my worry about the second one.

I believe that unlike the other reward types, the ACTNOW reward doesn't show up until you're past the first billing month.  But don't mess around once you get the email because you only have something like 75 days to submit it.

@Rogelioferram, Did you end up getting the ACTNOW additional reward email a few weeks later? I'm in the same situation now, just received my main reward notification and am waiting the ACTNOW reward to show up. Thanks!

To answer my own question (in case anyone is searching for this topic in the future), I received my reward card email for this ACTNOW offer at the end of day today, which for me was 6 days after my internet activation date. Still very quick but a few days after the other reward notifications, FYI. Thanks!

I had to call in and let them know that I’d waited 6 weeks with no luck nor mention of it and they didn’t even have me down for one. I still got it thankfully but be ever vigilant

@benmos , sorry. I kind of stopped checking this after I called them. I made sure to wait the 6 weeks so they wouldn’t give me some “be patient” response. I didn’t need my proof to claim it in the end, but I’m glad I snapped the screen just in case, since they didn’t even have me registered for it.
