$50 Gift Card and 6 Months Free Spotify

I signed up for ATT internet over a month a go.  I have not received any information either email or regular mail on how to claim my $50 gift card and 6 months free of Spotify.  I've also checked the Reward Center and couldn't even log in.  What am I missing here?  Why is this so difficult?  I see numerous posts on this matter.  How do I claim these?

The 6-month free trail promotion for Spotify service is for Connected Car and AT&T Thanks customers. These are benefits of our Wireless service, not Internet. You can learn more about the promotion on our AT&T - Spotify page. Under the section titled 6-month free trial of Spotify Premium with AT&T Connected Car and AT&T THANKS, you'll find the following details:

 

"AT&T Connected Car and AT&T THANKS Gold and Platinum customers can claim a 6-month free trial for Spotify Premium. 

 

Note: This offer is only available to new Spotify Premium customers."

 

If you're referring to a different promotion that includes Spotify service, please send us a screenshot of it so we can look into it for you.

 

When it comes to your $50 reward card, you'll want to reach out to the Reward Center Help Desk at 1-800-288-9983. They'll be able to pull up your account and see where the card is and/or issue a new one.

go to rewards sign in with your att email and put your account number and they will send it about the only thing there good for

That is false advertising!  When I signed up from your site over a month ago, it literally said 6 months free Spotify and a $50 visa gift card for the 300 speed.  If the Spotify wasn’t for the internet service, why was it listed along with what’s included in the package. That and the 1 year contract at $50 was why I signed up.  No where did it say that it wasn’t  for internet service.  If the information you showed me states I don’t quality than it shouldn’t have been listed on the packages page at the time. Of course that deal is over now so how can I screen shot it?  I also did not get my $50 gift card. I didn’t get an email or snail mail and the reward center is a joke.  I will be submitting a complaint.
