5 day outage, no info
Fiber internet went out on Monday morning. Tech came out Tuesday afternoon and left after starting work, saying he had been reassigned. New tech on Thursday said there is a bigger problem somewhere upstream. 2 other neighbors in our street are without service too. We talked to one of their techs who was angry they kept dispatching trucks when there clearly is a bigger problem. Can someone please find the crew that can actually fix this?

I'm experiencing similar in Southern California...not sure if this is your location too. Internet first went down Friday 4/29 - Saturday 5/30 for about 13 hours. Then it went down again Thursday 5/5 at 12:47 am and has been down ever since. I've currently been without internet for about 44 hours.
AT&T just keeps giving me the answer of "within 24 hours" as to when service will be restored...This issue it not on my end. It's on AT&T's line(s) and node(s). I've called and called and chatted about this and they basically tell me to just deal with it and it'll be fixed when it's fixed. I've also asked to be connected with someone higher up to handle this / get me a mobile hotspot for free and was essentially told no. Absolutely terrible handling of this situation.
Spectrum offers fiber in my area and I'll be switching ASAP.

Are you sure that what Spectrum offers is Fiber to the Home?
