you are running cable for fiber installations in my neighborhood and damaged my sewer line and driveway.

I live at 4685 Poseidon Place Lake Worth . Fl 33463 and ATT is currently in the process of upgrading our development to fiber optics. In the process they managed to run the cable through my sewer line. This is causing major blockages . I just spent almost $800 have the line snaked ked and inspected via camera the pictures clearly show a bright orange cable of the same type you see throughout the neighborhood. Your 3" cable is going right through my 4" sewer line severely restricting the flow. It is guaranteed to back up again.

In addition where they dug to put the junction box the ground under that part of my sidewalk and driveway has sunk. It was slightly cracked before this but now it has cracked more and is uneven. I need someone to contact me ASAP about resolving this.

Let's get that property damage looked at, @rdaly76!

If you need to file a new claim, have the following information available:

Location – The physical address or GPS coordinates for the location where damage occurred.

Photos – Include close-ups and wide views of the area damaged. If possible, include photos of the person, vehicle, or equipment that caused the damage. Photos can be from cameras, cell phones, or other devices.

Once you have the information together, call 1-800-288-2020 and ask to file a new claim.

Once you get a claim number and you haven’t heard anything in 24 hours, or you’ve already filed a claim and want to follow up, call 855.462.6537 to check the status.
