Worst experience with Customer support. for Internet Installation
I had very bad experience with AT&T. MY Internet service installation is supposed to be done on May 25 and support team promised that it will be done by 8pm. All my new home services are dependent on internet because of this I lost valuable time and important things are still pending. Whenever I call customer support ATT has very poor voice network. No proper response and don't care customer attitude.

Sounds like a self install. Did you follow the instructions included with your Gateway for set up?
